In the event of any conflict between the website information and your loan agreements or disclosures, the agreements and disclosures will prevail. If you apply for a loan using our online services, the online lending agreement will govern.

You may not copy, distribute, create derive works from, frame, or sell any information, databases, or materials from this website. Unauthorized access to protected areas of the website is strictly prohibited.
You may not use automated systems (“bots,” “spiders,” “scrapers”) or similar tools to monitor or copy website content. Additionally, introducing viruses, spyware, or other malicious code is prohibited. You represent and warrant that you use up-to-date, commercially available virus protection software.
Users under the age of 21 are not permitted to use this website.

Payment Authorizations: When you sign a loan agreement, you authorize us to make direct deposits to and withdrawals from your designated account for payments and fees as outlined in the agreement. Authorizing electronic payments is not required to obtain services. For other payment options, please contact our customer service.
Loan Eligibility: You confirm that you are a resident of a state where Fat Money Loans operates. We currently offer loans in Utah.
Confidentiality: You agree to protect any confidential information obtained through password-protected areas. “Confidential Information” includes data marked confidential, or that a reasonable person would recognize as confidential.
Warranty Disclaimer: Use of this website is at your own risk. It is provided “as is” without any warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: Fat Money Loans is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or services.

Where allowed by law, we also may contact other individuals who may be able to provide updated employment, location and contact information for you.
You hereby further consent that we may utilize third party services and other providers for the purposes of contacting you on our behalf in accordance with the Terms.

SMS Terms of Use
Note that when you log into your account, we verify your identity using multi-factor authentication (MFA) by sending a one-time code via either an email to your email address or a text message (known as a short-code messaging program) to the mobile phone number listed on your account. We will send only one message per code request. You will be prompted to consent to such one-time communications prior to us sending them and you will need this code to complete your login. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
